THE CLASS OF 88, DONATED THE MUCH NEEDED SCRUM MACHINE TO THE COLLEGE, TO FACILITATE THE CAPABILITY AND ENHANCE THE COMPETITIVENESS OF THE RUGBY TEAMS IN COLLEGE. THE PROJECT CHAIRMAN WAS INDIKA GALPIHILLA.
A community carnival of Classical Music titled MahanamaThalaKalpana’ featuring popular artist Amal Perera, Sangeeth, Kasun, Priyankara and Sup-priya with music from Manoj Peiris in the newly constructed ‘Ape Gama’ Auditorium Kotte was staged on 31st May 2014, as our first project 3 months after forming the Class of 88. The proceeds were used in-line with our mission, which is ‘To Educate and Empower the Youth, to help them Take Control of their Lives’, which is the single most important aspiration of any parent for their kids.
